FAA Private Pilot License (certificate) – PPL (A) is a qualification that allows the holder to fly on single-engine land (SEL) aircraft in visual meteorological conditions (VMC) as pilot-in-command (PIC) or co-pilot on aircraft in non-commercial operations without remuneration.

Meet Minimum Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old, must hold a valid class 3 medical certificate, and you must be able to speak, write, and understand English fluently.
Complete Ground Training
You will have a variety of topics and a list of 9 PPL subjects to cover before you start your flight training. With the help of our LIVE online theoretical training classes, you can complete the ground training from wherever you are with no delay! Once you successfully pass the FAA theoretical examination, with a score of at least 70%, you can commence your Flight Training.
Complete Flight Training
Train with qualified, experienced, and certified pilot instructors. Meet the minimum required flight hours by the FAA, where you will learn how to fly under various conditions, solo flights, and cross country flight training. In order to obtain a Private Pilot License, the student must complete a minimum of 35 hours of flight under Part 141 and a minimum of 40 hours of flight under Part 61.
Pass the Check-Ride!
Once you prove your knowledge to your CFI via various tests and knowledge checks, you will be signed off for your final check-ride with an FAA instructor. Passing the check-ride will officiate you as a Private Pilot and you will attain your certification.

Available Courses
Private Pilot
The theoretical training is conducted via Live Broadcasted classrooms or in-person classes, which includes detailed instructions on classwork and homework assignments, with the full support of our Learning Management System (e-learning).
Instruments Rating
This Rating Extends the privileges of PPL(A) or CPL(A) and allows pilots to fly according to IFR in cloudy weather or any other circumstance of reduced visibility.
Commercial Pilot Certificate
The Commercial Pilot License training is usually one of the last steps in becoming a professional pilot. The Commercial Pilot Certificate is a qualification that permits the holder to act as the pilot in command of an aircraft for compensation or hire, i.e. to get employed as a pilot.
Flight Instructor Certificate
Many pilots wishing to enter professional aviation positions become Flight Instructors in order to gain the necessary experience. The CFI(A) can be obtained in as little as 1-2 months depending on the trainee’s time availability for both theoretical and practical training.
Zero to CPL
Obtaining a Commercial Pilot Certificate is essential for those planning a career in aviation. The Zero to Commercial Pilot License (0-CPL) Program is designed for students with little to no flying experience and who want to pursue a career in aviation according to FAA regulations.
Accelerated Courses
Accelerated Courses are fast-track programs designed for students who want to complete their training expeditiously. We offer an intense training program for student pilots seeking to train as often as possible and obtain their license in minimum time. The program includes one-on-one flight training and ground instruction.
Zero to 1500 hours
This course is designed for pilots without prior experience. It allows you to complete all the required pilot training modules, as well as the opportunity to build more hours as Flight Instructor with Flying Academy to reach up to 1500 hours of flight time.
Time Building
Train with qualified, experienced, and certified pilot instructors. Meet the minimum required flight hours by the FAA, where you will learn how to fly under various conditions, solo flights, and cross country flight training. We offer courses under both Part 41 and Part 161 according to the FAA regulations.
FAA Private Pilot License – Structured Part 141 Training

Flight Training
Part 141 – Minimums
- 35 hours minimum total time
- 5 hours solo flight minimum (local & cross‑country)
- One cross‑country > 50 NM and another 100 NM
- One night cross‑country dual
FAA Written Exam
Before your Checkride, you must pass the FAA Private Pilot written test at an approved testing center with a minimum score of 70%.
Final Exam – Checkride
The final aeronautical knowledge and practical test is the Checkride with an FAA examiner. It consists of an oral examination and a practical flight test. Upon successful completion, you obtain your FAA Private Pilot License.
